The Establishment of Foundation of Modernization in New China ——Zhou En\|Lai's Conceived Economic Plan and TheDevelopment of National Economy in 1950's

周恩来在建国初期即对国家的经济建设提出了整体构想 ,并在实践中不断完善。他设计了两步走战略 ,最早提出了四个现代化的宏伟目标 ,妥善处理了经济建设中的各种关系 ,制定了从国情出发 ,实事求是的经济建设指导方针。其正确的建设构想对中国经济的全面发展 ,特别是 50年代国民经济的发展发挥了重要作用 ,对今天改革开放政策的制定仍有一定的指导和借鉴意义。

Zou\|Enlai put forward a whole plan about construction of national economy in the early days of new China and gradually improved it in practice. He designed strategic plan carried out by two stages and first put forward the magnificent goal of the four modernization. He deal with various relations in the development of socialist economy correctly and formulated a policy proceed from national conditions.His correct plan about construction of national economy played an Important role in all\|round development of national economy in 1950s.His economy thought made valuable contributions to the policy of the reform and development in today's China.
