摘要
通过考察分析不同年级学生不同课堂情境的成就归因训练结果 ,发现教师对学生的态度是决定归因训练效果的重要因素 ,说明在归因训练中不仅要重视实验设计和训练指导过程 ,更要重视教师本身的素质。因此 ,加强素质教育 。
By analyzing the results of the students' attribution training for achievdments in different classes and different classroom scenes, we find out that a teacher's attitude toward the students is an impertant factor of deciding the effects of the attibution training. Therefore, we ought to value the teachers' own quality more than the designs for experiments and the process of training and instructing the students. Strengthening the quality education and changing teachers′teaching ideas should be our pressing matter in our present different educational researches.
