东西部差异与西部民族地区教育的发展——以重庆黔江地区为例

East-West Social Difference and Educational Development in Western Minority Nationality Regions

比较我国东西部社会发展的不同 ,可以明显看到他们在经济、文化和教育方面的差异 ;具体以重庆黔江地区的发展为例 ,我们总结出西部民族地区教育改革与发展的两大措施是人才培养和社会服务 ;同时 ,民族地区教育改革与发展应遵循以“人”为中心的原则、内源性原则、民族性原则、质量效益性原则等若干原则。

By Comparison with the social development between Eastern and Western part in China, the article makes an analysis of difference in economic, cultural and educational field between East and West. Taking Qianjiang area as an example, the author explains two main measures of educational reform and development in western minority nationality region. They are talented person training and social service. At last, author put forward several suggestions for educational reform and development in western minority nationality regions.
