摘要
发展小城镇 ,是推动我国城镇化的重要途径 ,是带动农村经济和社会发展的一个大战略 ,能起到完善城镇体系、拉动经济增长和从根本上解决农业、农村、农民问题的作用。我国小城镇总体发展形势良好 ,但也存在粗放型特征明显、相关配套改革滞后等问题。所以 ,突出重点、搞好规划、夯实基础、强化管理、提高品味、形成特色。
To develop towns is a key means to upgrading China's urbanization as well as a significant strategy for promoting rural economy and social progress,which can perform the function of perfecting township system,motivating economic development and generally solving problems related to agriculture,countryside and peasants.The present situation of overall development for towns in China in,on the whole,good;but there are still some problems such as those characterized by obvious labour_intensive traits and stagnation in reform.For this reason,the sound development of towns in China rests with highlighting key points,careful planning,fortifying the foundation,strengthening management,cultivating peculiaritles and deepening reform.
