With the implementation of quality education,what matters most is the education of educators,for teacher quality is the key to the success of quality education.As quality education poses a great challenge to the traditional image of teachers,it is imperative that teachers should strive to enhance their personal qualities and remould their individual images.What is more,teachers should commit themselves to upgrading their cultural qualities and professional expertise,moulding a new image of college teachers by virtue of knowledge and skills of public etiquette,enhancing personal appeal,improving teaching skills and establishing a new type of teacher_student relationship.
