摘要
在中国20世纪文学史中,张恨水和金庸是两位通俗文学的大家,一个占据了前50年的鏊头,一个领略后50年的风骚。他们职业的双重性和创作上的两套笔墨,表现了其对娱乐和国家意识的兼容,但在张恨水那里,“五四”的国家意识的强迫性使他的创作中的社会意识和娱乐意识是分裂的;而到了金庸,特殊的文化语境,却使他泯除这样的裂痕。时代的变化已经化解了中国知识分子在对待娱乐和国家二者上的二元对立观念,从而也化解了他们在文本表达上的两难;更化解对他们的批评的二重标准。
In the literary history of the 20th-century China, ZHANG Hen-shui and JIN Yong are the two greatest popular novelists of the first half and second half respectively. With the duality in their profession and literary creation, they give consideration to both entertainment and national consciousness. However, the force from May 4th Movement national consciousness takes ZHANG's sense of society and entertainment apart. For JIN Yong, the special cultural context makes him devoid of the rift, for the changed era has dissolved the dilemma in his textual expression, also dissolved the duality in criticism.
