摘要
袁枚的性灵说,继承前人的观点,有一定传承性,重要的还是针对当时诗坛流弊,在批判格调、肌理和评论神韵三派诗说的基础上建立起来的,在清代四派诗论中有突出地位和影响,创造了同期诗学理论的最高成就。性灵包括性情与灵机两个方面,要求表现诗人真实而有个性特点的情感,充分发挥诗人的才能,灵巧机敏地创作出独具风格、生动感人的艺术作品。
YUAN Mei's Personality Theory had something inherited from the ancients, but, above all, it aimed at the corrupted practices in the field of poetry at the time. It was built upon the basis of the 'Three-school Po- etics', namely, the critical tone, texture, and romantic charm, which exerted great influence upon the 'four- school poetics' and, meanwhile, occupied an eminent place among them. It was the greatest achievement in po- etical theories at the time. Personality'includes temperament and wit, which require the poet to express his real and individual emotions, bring his genius into full play, and flexibly create his unique and vivid works of art.
