摘要
本文对传统的螺杆滚筒式脱粒装置的优化设计进行了研究。通过对实验数据作多元二次回归,构造了优化设计模型中的约束条件,利用脱粒分离概率模型构成主要目标函数,建立了以提高凹板分离率为主要目标的优化设计数学模型,编制了相应的优化设计小型程序库。
In this paper, the optimal design of the conventional thresher with a raspbar cylinder is researched. A optimal design model for increasing separation efficiency of the thresher is developed through constructing restictive equations obtained by multivariant quadratic regession to experimental data and the main objective function acquired by a threshing and separation probability model of the thresher is established as well. A miniature computer program library is edited to solve optimal design problems of the thresher. Calculating examples shown that the output rate or separation efficiency of the thresher can be increased by optimal design.
