摘要
本文研制了可处理焊接接头单向拉伸的多功能有限元程序,并在程序中考虑了焊接接头材料性能不均匀性的影响,可处理不同强度匹配以及不同几何形状的焊接接头单向拉伸过程时的力学问题,并对镍铁焊条焊接QT60-2球铁接头单向拉伸进行数值分析,表明该程序对研究焊接接头试板复杂弹塑性变形问题是十分有效的。
In this paper, the finite element program with variational functions has been proposed, which concerns the uneven properties of the welded joint and is suitable for analysing the welded joint under the uniaxial tensile load. This program can be used to analyse the welded joint composed of the different materials and the different geometric shapes. And the complex elastic-plastic deformation of the nodular iron joint welded with nickel-iron electrodes was numerically analysed. The results show that this program is very efficient in studying the complex elastic-plastic deformation problem of the welded joint.
