Photoluminescence spectra of porous silicon absorbed fluoresce in -sodium

在室温下 ,将多孔硅浸泡于不同浓度荧光素钠溶液中 ,取出晾干后对多孔硅光致发光谱 (PL)进行了研究 .结果表明 ,PL谱强度随荧光素钠浓度的增大而减弱 ,但浓度达到一定值时其强度不再减弱 .

We have measured the photoluminescence (PL) spectra of porous silicon which has been dipped into fluorescence_sodium liquid, then taken out and dried at room temperature. The PL spectra show that the intensity of spectra decreased when the density of fluorescence_sodium increased. But the PL spectra has not decreased at a certain value. The effects are analyzed in detail.
