西安污灌土中重金属含量及对蔬菜影响的研究 被引量:19

摘要 对西安污灌土、正常土壤及在其上种植的西红柿、梅豆、辣椒、芹菜、白菜中Cd ,Cu ,Cr ,Pb ,As ,Hg元素含量进行了研究 ,实验结果表明这些元素在上述蔬菜中发生了明显累积 ,但不同元素的累积强度不同 .土壤中Cu ,Cr,Pb浓度的增加 ,有利于蔬菜中迁移累积率的提高 ,而土壤中As,Hg浓度的增加 ,使蔬菜中迁移累积率降低 .元素从土壤向蔬菜迁移过程中 ,其食茎类蔬菜的迁移累积率明显大于食果类蔬菜 . The study on Cu, Pb, Cd, As, Cr and Hg content in sewage irrigated soil, general soil and vegetables including tomato, bean, cayenne, celery, greens in Xi′an area indicates that these elements are distinctly cumulated in sewage irrigated soil and cumulating intensity of the elements is different from each other. Increasing Cu, Cr, Pb content in soil is advantageous to enhance their cumulating rate in vegetables. But, increasing As, Hg content in soil decreases their cumulating rate in vegetable. When heavy metal elements move from soil to vegetable, their cumulating rate in vegetable whose fruits are used to be eaten is clearly lower than that in vegetables whose stalk and leaf are used to be eaten.
