目前建筑物能量管理控制系统在预测控制、优化控制及舒适性方面存在着不足，本文提出了一种能源管理控制系统中室外温度预测的算法。并在此基础上对该算法进行了实验验证，结果表明该算法能够满足相应的要求。

As more and more attention is paid to the environment and energy use,the building energy management control system (BEMCS)has become the essential part in commercial and official buildings, which involves environment monitor, facilities control, energy use and information manage. This paper gives out an arithmetic about temperature forecast in the BEMCS,moreover a experiment has been taken to verify the arithmetic.
