摘要
从实例出发 ,详细描述了某国有大中型制造企业转变经营机制 ,适应市场需要的做法和经验。该企业把引进现代管理机制和现代信息技术结合起来 ,模拟市场行为 ,在企业内部实行定单生产方式 ,用需求拉动生产。同时运用 MRP 、JIT管理方法 ,自行开发定单生产计划计算机辅助管理系统 ,大大提高生产效率 ,降低生产成本 ,缩短上市时间。最后 ,讨论了系统实施的经验。
In this paper, we describe in detail the practice and experience that a manufacturing enterprise transforms its business mechanism to meet the need of market in China. The modern management mechanism is introduced into the enterprise combined with modern information technology. Imitating the behavior of market, a pattern of order production is carried out in the enterprise, which pulls the production processes by the need. A computer-aided management system for the order production planning has been developed by itself using the philosophy of MRPII and JIT, which, as a result greatly improves production efficiency, lowers the cost and shortens the time to market. Some experience, existing issues and further work are discussed in the end.
