The Consequence of Adulation——A Lesson from Events Concerning Shen Xiaolong

本文批评了我国近来新闻媒体对复旦大学教授申小龙的炒作和八次颁奖。其实 ,他的著作中存在严重的剽窃和自我克隆现象。文章呼吁汲取这一教训 。

Prof. Wu Tieping's article criticizes the continuous adulation in the Chinese press toward Shen Xiaolong, a professor in Fudan University, who was awarded eight prizes. In fact, in his works there are a lot of plagiarisms and “self-clones”. Prof. Wu appeals to draw lessons from this event and carry out moral education in writing in the colleges and universities in China.
