摘要
使用GC -8A气相色谱仪 ,在 5%OV -1 0 1 /ChromQ固定相上 ,使乳油中的杀螟腈、氰戊菊酯与其中所用的溶剂、内标物等其他成分得到较为理想的分离。采用内标法进行定量分析 ,并对本方法的准确度、精密度、重现性作了考察 ,误差和精度在允许范围内。在选定色谱的条件下 ,整个色谱分析过程仅需 1 0min即可完成。
By gas chromatography of Type GC-8A the cyanophos,fenvalerate and other ingredients like solvents and internal indicative chemicals can be separated.The internal indicative method is used for the quantitative analysis.The accuracy precision reproducibility and duplication of the method are tested which indicates that the errors and precision is within the specified ranges.The total process can be completed in 10 min under the specified GC condition.
