摘要
本文提出一种新的产品质量评价方法。该方法在阐述了关于检验项目设置、单项质量表述等方面的观点后,运用概率论提出了产品条件合格品率的概念及其计算公式,继而沟通了条件合格品率与累计总分值之间的联系,赋予总分以物理概念。最终,考虑各项目不合格品率对产品性能影响程度的差异和降低各项目不合格品率难易程度的不同,形成了条件合格品率的加权计分质量评等法。
A new method for evaluating product quality was suggested in this paper. Its charac teristic is that marking product is from a new concept, the conditional percent qualified item, which is a probability based on four hypotheses. The influence on product character from different kind of defects and the difficult degree for achieving the differen kinds of inspection items are considered in the marking process. Then, a desirable physical concept is given on the quality degree of an inspection lot.
