摘要
本文指出了现有确定安全库存量方法的不足，并提出了确定安全库存量的＂效用值＂法。这种方法由于考虑了决策人对安全库存量的态度，因而比较切合实际。本文最后用一则算例说明了这种方法的具体运用。
his Paper firstly points out the shortcoming of the nowaday's method of determining the safe stock quantity of goods,then gives a method of 'utility value' to solve this Problem.Considering over the attitude of policymaker.tais method comparatively conforms to reality.In the end,this papwr illustrates the application by example.
