摘要
本文分析和讨论了超塑性变形中的孔洞长大模型。推导了塑性变形控制的孔洞长大模型,提出了一个改进的二阶段孔洞长大模型。借助于Rice-Tracey理论,将一维应力的孔洞长大模型推广到三维应力状态。本文给出的孔洞长大模型以及应力状态对孔洞长大的影响和一些超塑性材料的实验结果获得很好的吻合。
The superplastic cavity growth models have been analysed in the present paper. The plasticity controlled growth model has been discussed and a modified two - stage cavity growth model was proposed. Based on the Rice-Tracey model,the above cavity growth model is extended to general stress state,in which the influence of hydrostatic pressure on cavity growth for superplastic deformation can be reflected. Comparisons of the present models with several superplastic cavity sensitive materials show very good coincidences.
