摘要
本文研究了以CO红外仪和氧探头为传感器的控制系统所采用的碳势数学模型结构,建立了一个实用的以CO—O_2为参数的数学模型。经验证,所建立的模型能精确反映不同工况、不同炉型和不同渗碳气氛的准平衡条件下,温度、CO及氧势对碳势的影响。
The mathematical model structure of carbon potential is studied in this paper. Apracti-cal model has been presented based on CO-O2, which can be adopted in controlling system with a carbon monoxide infraa-red analyzer and a carbon sensor. It is confirmed that the recommended model can accurately state the effects of temperature, carbon monoxide and oxygen potential on carbon potential under quasi - equilibrium condition with different situations furnace types and carburizing atmospheres.
