摘要
本文采用FAAS法对人发不同生长时期ZnCa含量进行了测定 ,对测定过程中样品的洗涤、消化进行了研究。并对 2 1名女性距头皮 0 - 9厘米头发含量进行了分段测定 ,得到了满意的结果 。
This paper is to measure the Zn, Ca content of people’s hair at different growing periods by means of the FAAS method and have a thorough study of the cleaserness and the digestion of the hair samples in the process of the measurement .Meanwhile, this paper has separately measured the content of the hair 0-9cm form the scalp of 15females. Through this way, a satisfactory result appears, which is of great practical significance.
