摘要
运用数据包络分析 (DEA)和广义 BCG矩阵法对区域投资的有效性进行分阶段研究 ,得出具有对策性意义的结论 :改革开放力度大的地区实现经济高速增长 ,但不能促进投资有效性的提高 .即区域投资相对有效性逐步降低 ,并呈现东部高西部低的梯度分布 ,但是东西部下降幅度高于中部地区 ,新兴工业区的有效性低于沿海老工业区 ;整体上形成过分追求增长速度的具有马太效应的区域投资格局 ,致使各个省市区经济运行情况不平稳 .并对其致因进行了分析 .
DEA and Generalized BCG Matrix Methodology are used to evaluate the efficiency of Chinas regional investment and the conclusion reached is that the provinces, which enjoy preferential reforming and opening policies, make their economy increase quickly but dont accelerate their investment efficiency,namely, the relative efficiency presents a gradually decreasing pattern in which the efficiency in the East is higher than that in the West; but the decreasing range in the East and West is bigger than that in the middle parts and the relative efficiency in the newly emerging industrial areas is lower than that in the old coastal industrial areas. As a whole, a Matthew regional investment pattern, which goes too far in pursuing economy increase, is formed. This pattern results in the unstable economy development. The reasons are analyzed.
