REALIZATION AND APPLICATION OF GENETIC ALGORITHM OOLBOX BASED ON MATLAB

在分析遗传算法要素的基础上 ,编写了基于 Matlab的遗传算法工具包 (GAToolbox) .该工具包具有运行稳定 ,结构灵活 ,扩展方便的特点 ,并易与 Matlab的其他工具包结合使用 .给出了 Matlab遗传算法工具包的三个成功应用实例 :1)采用遗传算法工具包构造递阶遗传算法 ,2 )基于遗传算法的径向基神经网络学习算法 ,3)遗传算法优化化工过程操作条件 .说明 Matlab遗传算法工具包的稳定性和实用性 .

Based on the analysis of genetic algorithm, a Matlab based genetic algorithm toolbox is realized. The toolbox provides a stable, flexible and extendible platform for applying and developing genetic algorithms. It also provides a convenient method to combine GA with other ToolBox of Matlab. Three examples of successful application of GA Toolbox based on Matlab are given to show its practicability and stability of the toolbox in this paper. They are 1) to realize hierarchical genetic algorithm using GA toolbox, 2) to optimize operation parameters of DMC catalytic distillation system using GA Toolbox, 3) to realize RBF Neural Network hybrid genetic algorithm.
