针对实际制造系统的复杂性 ,提出了一种改进的遗传优化策略 ,将遗传算子平台与仿真包紧密结合 ,遗传算子平台优化参数 ,用仿真包模拟实际系统作为优化参数的评估工具 ,以确定资源配置的优化方案 ,从而提高系统资源利用率的有效性 ,并用实例证实此方法具有显著的优度柔性 .

A kind of newly developed optimization strategy is proposed for the manufacturing systems.This paper is concerned with applying the GA technique,interfacing with the simulation software in order to obtain a set of parameters for determining the resource allocation,and increasing the effectiveness of resources utilization.This technique is to corporate GAs for optimizing parameters,and then applying simulation as the optimizing parameters evaluation tools.Its showed significant performance and flexibility through practical example.
