摘要
针对实际制造系统的复杂性 ,提出了一种改进的遗传优化策略 ,将遗传算子平台与仿真包紧密结合 ,遗传算子平台优化参数 ,用仿真包模拟实际系统作为优化参数的评估工具 ,以确定资源配置的优化方案 ,从而提高系统资源利用率的有效性 ,并用实例证实此方法具有显著的优度柔性 .
A kind of newly developed optimization strategy is proposed for the manufacturing systems.This paper is concerned with applying the GA technique,interfacing with the simulation software in order to obtain a set of parameters for determining the resource allocation,and increasing the effectiveness of resources utilization.This technique is to corporate GAs for optimizing parameters,and then applying simulation as the optimizing parameters evaluation tools.Its showed significant performance and flexibility through practical example.
