高锰钢中硬质点对形变强化的影响

The Influence of Hard Particales to Deformation Streng-thening in High Manganese Steel

摘要 高锰钢中加入Nb或Ti且吹N_2后形成大量的含Nb或Ti的硬相,促进了高锰钢形变强化,吹N_2和Nb或Ti合金化促进了A形变强化,提高了锰钢的耐磨性。 The deformation strengthening of high manganese steel can be increased by the hard phases which are formed by adding Nb or Ti with blowing N2 gas. The results show that the abra-tion resistance of manganese steel can be increased by the deformation strengthening of austenite which are increased by adding Nb or Ti with blowing N2 gas.
