摘要
提出回转类机械的扭转振动问题 ,进行了无阻尼分析和扭转振动分析 ,提出并阐述了干涉图原理 ,在时域内给出了比较系统的判断潜在振动故障的方法 ,根据具体机械结构 ,运用干涉图可便捷地预测共振点 ,从而有效预防此类机械可能发生的故障 .
This paper puts forward the problems of rotational vibrations of machineries, presents the analysis of zero-damping vibration and revolving vibration, and gives out the principles of interference graphics. Some method to determine potential breakdown systematically within the real time domain are given out. For concrete structures, it is convenient to predict resonance points with an interference graph, as to prevent the breakdown with rotational machinery effectively.
