摘要
以正硅酸乙酯 [Si(OC2 H5) 4]为原料 ,用溶胶—凝胶法制备 Si O2 玻璃 ,通过实验研究了不同保温温度对溶胶—凝胶法制备 Si O2 玻璃的凝结时间及 Si O2 玻璃密度的影响 .实验结果表明溶胶—凝胶转变时 ,不同的保温温度对凝结时间及 Si O2 玻璃的密度均有不同程度的影响 ,保温温度越高 ,凝结时间越短 ,Si O2 玻璃密度越小 .
Silica-glass was prepared by Sol-Gel process from tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS). In the experiment, the influence on different preserving temperatures on the time of gel and the density of silica-glass was studied. The results show that when Sol-Gel is changed, preserving temperature and the time of gel have effect on the density of silica-glass in some extent. The higher the preserving temperature and the shorter the time of gel, the thinner the density of silica-glass.
