The Developing and Research of the Treating Process of Trioxan(Ⅲ)—The analogue computation of distillation tower and optimization of extraction-distillaton joint technology

根据液——液萃取计算结果,采用严格的三对角矩阵法对精馏塔进行了模拟计算,得到了在不同相比下精馏塔的主要操作参数。以总费用为目标函数,优化了三聚甲醛萃取——精馏工艺的操作参数。

Based on the calculation results of a liquid-liquid extraction,theanalogue computation is completed for distillation tower with a strict tri-angle matrix method,obtaining the main operating parameter for distillationtower under various S/F conditions.With the total expenses taken as an ob-jective function,the operating parameter of trioxan purification technologyis optimized.
