摘要
本文用多级返流模型描述芳烃抽提塔的液——液分馏萃取过程。模型参数为级数和返流比。萃取因子及返流比经验式的系数由生产操作数据估算。用矩阵解法解包括14个组分的物系的组成和流量。用此模型分析了溶剂量与原料量之比和反洗液量与原料量之比对过程的影响,检验了模型的适用性.
A multi-stage backflow model is used to describe liquid-liquidfractionation-extraction process for aromatics extraction column,Modelparameters are the numbers of stage and the backflow ratio.The extractionfactor and the coefficient for an empirical formula of backflow ratio areevaluated from data of production operation,And compositions and flowrates of systems containing 14 components are decided by the matrix method.Influences of the ratio of solvent against feed and the ratio of back washingliquid against feed on the process are analyzed by the model,thus givingits applicability a check.
