摘要
由于认识上的偏差、制度不配套的制约、利益冲突等方面的因素 ,高校过去实施的聘用制 ,存在多项问题 ,已经严重失真。匡正聘用制 ,须从岗位设置入手 ,聘中引入群众监督 ,拓宽选聘范围 ;聘后科学考评 。
The erroneous tendency in understanding, imperfect system and conflict of benefit result in some questions on system of contractual employment in colleges and Universities. The system has lost its own function completely. We should engage somebody under the supervision of people and form large boundary. After that, we check scientifically and emplace rationally the people who have not been engaged.
