资料室不同年代藏书中霉菌的调查及杀菌方法的比较

Investigation on mould of books in information room in different years and comparison of the methods of sterilization

调查了湘潭师范学院生物系资料室不同年代藏书中霉菌的种类、数量和分布情况 ,并试验几种防腐方法 ,结果表明 :图书出版的时间越早 ,厚度越大 ,书中的霉菌数量越多 ;分离鉴定出灰绿曲霉组 (As pergillus.glaucus)、局限曲霉组 (Aspergillus.restrictus)、黄曲霉 (Aspergillus.flavus)、刺孢根霉 (Rhilpus.echinatus)等 4类霉菌 ,其中灰绿曲霉存在于调查的每一本藏书本 ,且数量最多。紫外线照射、甲醛熏蒸及石炭酸喷雾对上述几类霉菌均有较好的抑制作用。

In studying mould on books and periodicals in information room of department of biology of Xiangtan Normal university, the results showed the earlier the books were published or the thicker they were, the larger amount of mould were there on the books. We could isolate and identify the microbes,which were Aspergillus.glaucus Aspergillus.restrictus:Aspergillus. flavus and Rhilpus.echinatus. Aspergillus.glaucus with the largest number were discovered on every book. The experiments of sterilization showed sterilization with ultraviolet ray, fumigation with formaldehyde and spray with carbolic acid were abviously effective to inhibit the growth of these kinds of mould.
