用改进的尿素络合法测定石蜡、微晶蜡中正异构烷烃含量 被引量:7

Determination of the Contents of n-and i-Paraffins in Paraffin and Microcrystalline Waxes by Modified Urea Adduction

摘要 采用正交试验 ,通过与气相色谱法测定结果进行对照 ,确定了用改进的尿素络合法测定石蜡的正异构烷烃含量的最佳条件 :尿素与石蜡用量之比为 3∶ 1 ( m/m) ,活化剂与尿素用量之比为 0 .1 8∶ 1 ( m/m) ,反应时间 2 h,反应温度 2 5°C。实验结果表明 ,该法不但可以测定石蜡 ,而且可以测定微晶蜡和混合蜡中正异构烷烃的含量 。 Using the orthoganal design method, the optimum conditions were determined in measuring the contens of n and i paraffins in paraffin waxes by urea adduction. The weight of urea is three times of that of waxes, the weight of activating agent is 18% of that of urea, the reaction time is 2h and the reaction temperature is 25 °C . The method of measuring the contents of n and i paraffins in paraffin waxes by urea adduction under those conditions determined by this paper called modified urea adduction. The results show that the modified urea adduction not only could measure the contents of n and i paraffins in paraffin waxes, but also could measure that in microcrystalline waxes and mixed waxes, the numerical data agree well with that measured by GC.
