摘要
提出了一种能够制造功能性零件 ,特别是金属零件 ,可直接采用现有材料而无需开发专用成形材料 ,效率高成本低可直接应用于工业生产的新型加工方法——卷绕成形加工方法。卷绕成形可以作为零件的最终成形手段 ,也可以作为零件的粗加工手段。在辅以其它加工工艺的条件下可以加工出高精度的零件。在铸模制造等方面有其它加工方法无法比拟的优越性。给出了卷绕成形加工方法的定义、工艺过程、适用范围 。
This paper presents a new process to produce functional parts, especially metal parts, rolling shaping process (RSP), to solve the major problem of material additive fabrication. In RSP, the main body of the part is rolled up by one or more strips. The strip is called a roll laminated strip (RLS). The method can be used directly in industrial production with high efficiency, low cost and no special materials. It can be used as a final process or for rough machining of a part. This paper introduces the definition, procedures, applications, and key equipments for RSP and an algorithm to analyze RLS. Related research on the topic is also reviewed.
