摘要
针对平庄矿务局元宝山露天矿 (以下简称元露 )的实际情况 ,利用IBM PC机及MCS— 96系列单片机构成了排水泵站DCS系统 .该系统由调度端 (监测总站 )和终端站 (监测分站 )组成 .终端站负责现场的监测以及多回路控制 ,各终端站采用无线通信方式将信息传递至调度端 ,调度端进行数据库管理 ,并且协助对整个工作过程进行人为干预 ,以达到控制要求 .同时调度端可接入全矿MIS系统 ,实现全矿的计算机集成制造系统 (CIMS) .
Aiming to the actual conditions in Yuanbao mountain Pipe-pit of Pingzhang Coal Mine Bureau, we designed, using IBM-PC and MCS-96 serial single-chip microcomputer, a DCS system for drainage pumping-station. The DCS system consists of a central station and several terminal stations. The terminal stations are in charge of monitoring sites and in multi-circuits control. Each terminal station seads information to the central station by wireless communication. The central station manages data base and monitors every terminal station. In turn, the central station can be connected to the MIS system to realize the whole mine's computer-integrated operating system.
