摘要
从不同地域土样中筛选可发酵生产木聚糖酶、β 葡聚糖酶和纤维素酶的菌株 ,以使该菌株产生可将玉米秸杆中的非淀粉类抗营养物质转化为可被单胃禽畜利用的简单物质的多效酶制剂 ,利用这些酶制剂使玉米秸杆成为非常好的饲料粮替代物 ,以缓解近年来对玉米饲料粮需求的压力 .
A bacterium was selected and reared from different area, which can produce xylan enzyme, β glucose enzyme and cellulose enzyme, and in order to let this bacterium produce multi enzyme preparation which can decompose non starch anti nutrition substance existing in maize straw and these decomposed substance can be used by mono stomach domestic fowls and livestock. By using these multi enzyme preparation, maize straw can become substance of forage food and alleviate pressure on maize forge food in recent years.
