摘要
以不夜城幼茎为材料 ,经表面消毒后接种于诱导培养基上 ,4周左右出现不定芽 .不定芽在壮苗培养基上培养 2周转至生根培养基上 ,又经 3周长出完整根系 .再生植株炼苗后移栽到基质中 ,移栽成活率为 90 % .
The young stems of Aoln nobili were used as explant material and cultured on the inducing media. The results showed that a number of adventitious shoots grew on the surface of explant after 4 weeks of inoculation. Many adventitious shoots were acquired through proliferating culture. After they have grown on nutritious media for 2 weeks, they were transferred on the root inducing media. Every shoots grew a number of roots and developed into a whole plantlet. The regenerated plantlets were replanted in sand, about 90 percent of the plantlets survived.
