摘要
基于在pH值为 1 4~ 5 8的缓冲溶液中 ,肝素钠与维多利亚蓝 4R反应 ,溶液吸光度的降低与肝素钠浓度成正比 ,建立了测定肝素钠浓度的分光光度法 .方法的线性范围为 0~ 2 4μg/mL肝素钠 ,摩尔吸光系数ε =2 6 6×10 6L·mol-1·cm-1.用于肝素钠注射液效价的测定 ,结果满意 .
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace heparin has been studied. The method is based on the discoloration reaction between heparin and Victoria blue 4R in buffer with PH 1 4 to 8 0 . The reduction in absorbance is directly proportional to the concentration of heparin. The linear range of heparin is from 0 to 2 4 μg/mL. A molar absorptivity of the method ε is 2 66×106 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . The method has been applied to determine the potency of heparin sodium injection with a high sensitivity and selectivity.
