在经济管理与决策中 ,经常遇到大量的动态综合评价问题·但遗憾的是决策者常常将动态的综合评价问题“简化”为静态的综合评价问题 ,而使得综合评价结果不同程度的“失真”·针对由时序立体数据表支持的动态综合评价问题 ,提出了一种新的“‘纵横向’拉开档次”法 ,并给出一个例子·该方法具有原理简单、直观意义明显、评价过程“透明”等特点·

Many dynamic comprehensive evaluation problems can be met frequantly in the process of economical management and decision making. The hub of dynamic comprehensive evaluation is to determine the weights for evaluation indexes at different time. According to the feature of the comprehensive evaluation problems in case of multi dimensional time series, by a new method named 'vertical and horizontal', scatter degree is proposed to determine the weights. And an example is given. The proposed method is simple principled, intuitive, and the evaluation process of which is easy to understand.
