本文给出计算刚体转动惯量的垂直轴定理的一种推广形式，可适用于三维的立体刚体；在刚体的质量分布具有一定的对称性的情况下计算刚体转动惯量十分方便。

A generalized form of perpendicular axe theorem about moment of inertia, which can be applicable to solid objects in three - dimension space , is proposed in this paper. It is very simple and convenient to calculate, with the generalized form of perpendicular axe theorem, moment of inertia of rigid objects that the mass distribution is symmetry.
