通过正交实验法 ,完善了造纸黑液制取水煤浆添加剂工艺的研究 ,进一步探讨了黑液种类、反应温度、反应时间及反应物 NA加量对产物添加剂性能的影响 ,得出的最佳工艺条件是 :原料采用 YS黑液 ,反应温度 1 0 0℃ ,反应时间 1 .5h,NA加量 5% (φNA)。在上述条件下 。

The technique of utilizing black liquor to prepare additive for CWM is further improved by cross test and the effects of black liquor's type the reaction temperature the reaction time and the quantity of NA etc.on the additive property are studied.Based on the experiment,the optimum reaction conditions are:utilizing AH black liquor;temp.at 100℃;time for 1.5 h and adding 5% of NA.
