摘要
经过大量试验 ,研究了有限水域中 10 g煤矿工业炸药爆炸能量的测试方法 ,文中修正系数消除了固有边界效应对气泡能的影响 ,并解决了装药完全爆轰和约束壳体能耗修正问题 .测试结果与大水池 1kg炸药的爆炸能量具有可比性 ,5种炸药的比冲击波能、比气泡能和总能量与Trautz铅 扩孔实测值有内在联系 ,线性相关系数分别达到 0 993,0 92 5和 0 975。
Test method on exploded energy of ten gram coal mineral industrial explosive under limited water field has been researched by quantity of experiments. The revised coefficient relieves inherent boundary effect on bubble energy consumption revise. The difficulty of the explosive charge completely detonating has been solved and the explosive energy loss due to the charge shell broken is revised. The result of test has a similar property with exploded energy of a kilogram under big water pond. Five types of explosives specific shock wave energy, specific bubble energy and gross energy have been intrinsic relationship with value of Trautzs lead block expansion test of the same kind of explosive. The linear interrelation coefficient reaches respectively to 0 993, 0 925 and 0 975; it supplies a new technical method, which can be used to quantify industrial explosive working ability.
