摘要
本文以过程研究为基础,介绍了锂系丁二烯聚合反应的工程特征;研究了锂系丁二烯胶液的流变行为;确定非等温间歇操作方式;以中试试验得到的参数为基础,同时结合数学模型,对放大后的聚合反应釜进行分析和质量指标预测;从过程实际出发,将化学因素与工艺、工程因素早期结合探讨聚合釜的放大规律;提高开发放大水平,为3000t/a 低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶生产装置基础设计13m^3釜的放大提供了依据。
Based on process study,engineering character of polymerizationof butadiene with lithium catalyst is introduced.Rheologic behaviors ofpolybutadiene with lithium catalyst are investigated.Non-isothermal andnon-continuous operation manner is determined.Based on parameterobtained from pilot test,by using mathematical model the reactor afterscale-up is analyzed and forecast for its quality index.In view of actualprocess,scale-up regularity of reactor is discussed by integrating thechemical factors with technologic and engineering factors beforehand.Quality of development of scale-up is improved.Basis is provided forbrasic design of 13m^3 reactor-3000t/a technical scale equipment ofpolybutadiene with lithium catalyst.
