Kinematics Analysis of Pick on Transverse Cutting Head of Roadheader

建立了横轴式掘进机截割头截齿的运动轨迹、运动速度和加速度方程 ,通过计算机仿真 ,研究了截割头转速和水平摆动速度对截齿运动速度及加速度相对变化率的影响 。

The pick locus, velocity and acceleration equations of a pick on the transverse cutting head of roadheader were given. The effect of the rotation velocity and the horizontal swinging velocity of cutting head on the relative variation of the pick velocity and acceleration were studied through computer simulation. The result has provided the basis of choosing work parameters of cutting head in theory.
