摘要
膨润土是具有多种优良性能、用途广泛的粘土,但其疏油性,限制了在有机物质中的应用。利用膨润土具有离子交换性的特点,先对其进行离子交换,再施以有机基团覆盖,使界面有机化变性,变亲水为亲油,扩大其应用范围。本文简述膨润土有机化变性机理,通过对原土提纯、改型、覆盖等工艺过程,对膨润土有机化变性进行了初步研究,找到了最佳覆盖变性条件,制得了有机化变性土样品,取得了较满意的实验结果,为膨润土在有机物质中的应用,开创了广阔的前景。
A bentonite is a kind of soil which has many good properties andfinds a wide application,but its oleophobic property hinders its applicationin organic substances.By use of the ionic exchange property ofbentonite,ionic exchange is done on bentonite,which is then covered by groups tocause organic denaturation on the interface,change the hydrophilic into theoleophobic and increase its areas of application.The paper briefly describesthe organic denaturation mechanism of bentonite.Through such processes asclearing,retrofiting and covering the original soil,the preliminary study isundertaken on organic denaturation of bentonite,therefore obtaining theoptimum technological process of covering denaturation and making samplesof organic vertisols with satisfactory results,which opens up broad prospectsfor the application of entonite in organic substances.
