摘要
酯交换法生产涤纶树脂是聚酯工艺中的一个重要方法。本文通过对酯交换反应中塔式反应器操作过程的技术分析,从平衡原理和热力学角度,对酯交换塔的反应能力进行了讨论。假定酯交换塔中各层塔板上的物料为理想混合状态,20层塔板近似于多级串联釜式反应器。因此引用多级串联釜式反应器的基本理论及数学模型,计算出酯交换塔中各层塔板的 DMT 转化率,认为塔式反应器是酯交换反应可取的重要设备之一。
The method of transesterification is an important one in the pro-duction of polyester resin among polyester resin industries.From the pointsof equilibrium principle and thermodynamics,the reaction capability of tran-sesterification tower is discussed.Suppose that the substances in every plateof the transesterification tower are in the state of ideal blending,twentyplabes resemble a multipolar series reactor caldron.Therefore,the transi-tion ratio of DMT in every plate of transesterification tower is calculated byusing the basic theory and mathermatical model of a multipolar series react-or caldron.It is considered that the tower reactor is one of desirable andimportant equipments in transesterification reaction.
