摘要
随着城市的迅速发展 ,环境和资源问题日益突出。为了实现城市环境可持续发展这一根本目的 ,需要确立能反映城市环境、经济、社会发展协调程度的指标体系和评价方法 ,为城市的发展决策提供科学依据。结合指标体系 ,给出了资源价值核算和环境污染损失的计算方法。
With city's rapid development environment and resource problem is more and more prominent. For the sake of achieving the basic aim of the city environmental sustainable development, we need establishing indicator system and its valuing method that can reflect the coordinative scale of the city environmental, economic and social development. That offer us the scientific basis for the decision of city's development. The figuring way for valuing the resource's value and the damage by the environmental pollution is acquired using indicator system. Then the synthetic valuing indicator with real saving as its core is selected.
