摘要
本文叙述了对975型ICP直读光谱仪测量系统进行的技术改造。现场装调测试表明,各项技术指标与仪器出厂指标相符。经标样分析考核,证明更新后的测量系统性能良好。
This paper describes an improved measuring system for model 975 ICP direct reading spectrometer and its main advantages. The results of standard samples analysis showed the good performances of the improved measuring system.
