摘要
采用二次回归正交设计回归出烧结法生产氧化铝中压脱硅钠硅渣常压氧化钙水化法脱钠的数学模型根据数学模型 ,按照单因子变动的原则 ,分别讨论了反应温度、石灰添加量、浆液液固比对钠硅渣脱钠率的影响 ,并提出了在试验条件范围内 ,常压氧化钙水化法钠硅渣脱钠的最佳工艺条件是 :温度 95℃ ,CaO/Na2 O分子比为 5,浆液液固比取 4。在此工艺条件下 ,钠硅渣脱钠率可达到 95.2 %。
The model of desodium by hydration of CaO under ordinary pressure from sodium-bearing siliceous residue in alumina production by sintering process is derived by quadratic regression orthogonal design. Based on the model, effects of reaction temperature, comsumption of lime and the ratio of liquid to solid on desodium rate are discussed according to the principle of single factor alteration. Under the experimental condition, the optimum condition of the process is abtained,that is at 95℃,and with molecule ratio of CaO to Na 2O=5,and ratio of liquid to solid=4. By the above condition desodium rate can reach 95.2%.
