利用公开招标方式进行采购可以节约采购费用 ,文章简述了几种招标采购方式的优缺点 。
Purchases in an open mode can economize purchasing cost. This paper simply describes the strong and weak points, applicable conditions, and evaluating method of different modes of purchasing by inviting bid.
