摘要
本文简述了KS 98缓蚀阻垢剂的研制过程、合成机理和性能检测。KS 98是缓蚀成分咪唑啉衍生物、阻垢成分有机磷酸及助剂的复配物。在华北油田采油三厂里一联污水中 ,加量为 30mg/L时 ,KS 98的缓蚀性能与几种常用缓蚀剂相当 ,而阻垢性能则与投加 10mg/L常用阻垢剂时相同 ;KS 98和杀菌剂 12 2 7互不影响使用效果。在里一联污水站连续 30天试用KS 98。
The produced waters from different pay zones of Erenzhoer, Erlian, Inner Mongolia, are highly imcompatible and large amount of inorganic salts (BaSO 4,CaSO 4,SrSO 4,CaCO 3 and others) precipitates in some sections of crude oil gathering pipelines thus creating a severe scale problem. To overcome this problem, a scale inhibitor, HZ 1, is prepared from a phosphoric acid ester, an amine, an auxiliary, 2 surfactants, and a solvent. With HZ 1 in use level of 20 mg/L scale inhibition rate of ≥90% are observed in laboratory performance evaluation and in field trial use at the 6th and 7th measuring stations where the produced waters contain most scaling inorganic ions.
