摘要
胜利油田研制的一个三元复合驱配方中含有辅助表面活性剂SL 1,这是一种厂家未提供成份的商品表面活性剂。为了分析注入和采出液中SL 1的浓度 ,研制了两种液相色谱柱填料ODS和SAX ,将两柱串联 ,这一双组份表面活性剂流过双柱后产生对称的单一色谱峰 ,从而实现了定量测定。水样中与SL 1共存的物质如Na2 CO3 、主表面活性剂、聚合物及矿化成份不干扰SL 1的测定。所建立的这种HPLC方法的最小检出限为 0 .4mg/L ,线性范围为 5 0— 10 0 0mg/L ,回收率为 95 .7%— 99.8%
In a newly developed ASP flooding solution a commercial surfactant of unknown chemical composition, SL 1, is introduced as cosurfactant. In this work two column packs(stational phases ODS and SAX for HPLC) are prepared and it is ascertained by using HPLS on these columns that SL 1 is composed of a nonionic and an anionic components and on ODS SAX columns in series a single, normal retention peak is obtained for SL 1. Thus an HPLC method of quantitative determination of SL 1 is established. No interference of Na 2CO 3, HPAM, and mineral salts which exist in ASP flooding and recovered solutions is observed. For this analytical method the detectable limit 0.4 mg/L, the linear range 2.0—400 mg/L, and the recovery rate 95.7—99.8%.
